Overview As an experienced Paid Social/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for manage the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You should be able to advice different clients and its advertising agencies through the best bet on social networks. You and your team will also provide daily assistance to our agency media team. Running campaigns on the different systems across the relevant networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) or "third-party tracking". You will have a clear vision on social media and the ability to evaluate campaigns and extract learnings in order to include them in a later client recommendation. You need to proactively come up with new ideas and be aware of the latest developments on social media. You are also able to think together with the customer about their goals and how social media contributes to them. You will investigate the target audience’s behavior and wishes in order to later include these ideas into the social recommendation for the clients. All this with the aim that clients achieve better results on the different social networks. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, control and management of projects and social media campaigns (from all levels of the funnel, awareness to performance). Will work closely with our clients, as well as creation, strategy, media agency and our external service providers / vendors. Will take care of our clients, in terms of continuous and scheduled monitoring of all campaign measures and will be responsible for acquiring substantial learning for the optimization of current and future measures of the social / digital area. Will support all internal social media teams in the paid ads area (social and digital networks). Will lead and support your team in the creation and planning of client’s campaigns. Will be responsible for the creation and evaluation of the post campaign analysis, as well as reporting to the client. Will use common analytics and social media tools. Will have a creative understanding of how to transfer analytical results into creative reports for social and digital campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science or similar; or 3-4 years of experience in a similar position. Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive. Have experience managing and coordinating a team. Professional experience within the marketing industry or in a media agency environment. Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context, all social media channels, functions and associated communication features and possibilities.
