\nHilton is seeking a Paid Social & Programmatic Manager, to join it’s recently expanded Performance Media Team. This role will be responsible for delivering Hilton’s social & programmatic channel strategy, designed to inspire in market travellers and driving them through to book Hilton Hotels across EMEA.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs the Paid Social & Programmatic Media Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
\n• Support Performance Media Director to build out clear channel strategy for Paid Social and Programmatic
\n• Own best in class planning & activation for paid social and programmatic media across Hilton performance media in EMEA, working in collaboration with external agency partners
\n• Responsible for managing and optimizing social and programmatic channels, including development and implementation of digital demand growth strategies
\n• Build close relationships with key platforms such as Meta, Google & TikTok, in collaboration with our agency partners
\n• Development of clear annual test and learn agenda for social and programmatic channels which ladder back to Hilton Media Strategy and business objectives
\n• Generate monthly reports on social and programmatic that forecast, measure, and analyse both channel & partner performance
\n• Work in collaboration with wider media teams, to ensure that customer messaging is consistent and integrated across various campaigns.
\n• Build strong internal relationships with connective teams such as regional marketing & platforms to identify, scope and lead partners to execute social and programmatic campaigns in region
\n• Managing external agency partners to deliver performance across social and programmatic channels
\n

\n• Strong experience and expertise across paid social advertising
\n• Good knowledge and experience of Programmatic advertising
\n• Experience operating in a team focused on delivering business growth & revenue
\n• Able to adapt to changing commercial needs
\n• Able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced matrix environment
\n• Experience of leveraging digital marketing tactics through the funnel
\n• Organised individual who can is able to multitask, i.e. manage variety of different stakeholders and multiple campaigns at the same time
\n• Solution-oriented, thinking ahead about the big picture and pre-empting possible problems or complications
\n• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
\n• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act autonomously
\n• Project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
