We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to join Amazon WFS performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, activating, testing, and optimizing paid campaigns across social media platforms to drive measurable business results. With a strong foundation in performance marketing principles, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise across new and emerging channels.
Key job responsibilities
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin) and their respective advertising ecosystems. Understanding of the APAC social media landscape, especially LINE, is preferred.
- Manage and execute multiple ad campaigns including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration and implementation.
- Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on traffic, user engagement, and conversion.
- Translate channel insights into test plans, product/feature proposals, and opportunities for optimization.
- Define and run tests to test new vendor features and/or inform new product development.
- Achieve targeted performance KPIs including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Insight and Campaign Activation to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps.
- Audit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality.
- Comfortable working with Media Mix Modelling and automation workflows.

At the forefront of that effort, sits our Workforce Staffing Marketing Team – a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates and recruits yearly for business lines (fulfilment centres, transportation, logistics, corporate offices).
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- 2+ years of development of insights learning agendas and working closely with an insights team to design, execute, and draw clear and compelling insight experience
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
