Based in our St. Louis location, you will serve as a paid social expert on an in-house, paid media team. You will execute and optimize performance for social media and influencer campaigns across varied products and brands in both the B2C and B2B spaces, driving results and making recommendations based on campaign goals. You will be a part of the Paid Media team and will collaborate closely with the social media team, marketing managers, project managers, analytics team, and other cross-functional stakeholders. **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:** _Paid Social Media Management_ + Collaborate with marketing managers, the paid media team, the organic social team, and the project management team to develop strategy and execute paid social and influencer campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta primarily + Monitor and maintain paid social campaigns, including audience building and adjusting, ad copy creation, landing page messaging, content strategy + Develop recommendations for audience building based on persona profiles and generate insights on audience profiles + Manage campaign budgets according to approved marketing plan + Work closely with sales and product teams to understand customer audience and their journey + Maintain relationships with and hold accountable external advertising partners and agencies ​ _Paid Influencer Management_ + Identify potential influencer partnerships in collaboration with business unit marketing managers.Evaluation will include assessing influencers’ previous posts for language, tone, and overall approach + Own and manage the ongoing relationship with influencers, includingnegotiating costs and obligations, enforcingcontractual agreements where necessary, providing assets to the influencer, and managing invoices + Partner with marketing managers to organize annual content calendar. Work with the Copeland Brand Team to ensure content adheres to brand standards + Set KPIs and provide monthly performance metrics _Performance Analysis and Reporting_ + Work closely with project managers and analytics team to identify KPIs and then assess and report on campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type, and target audience; adjust and optimize campaigns in-flight based on performance + Cultivate a data-driven mentality with an emphasis on analytics, insights, and recommendations + Make campaign and landing page recommendations based on performance analysis to ensure digital initiatives are performing optimally + Stay on top of industry trends and assist in the identification of additional in-channel initiatives for advertising purposes **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**   + Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management + 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in social media advertising platforms (Meta & LinkedIn) + Strong familiarity with the sales funnel and ad tactics used at each level + Strong ability to develop a plan, collaborate, and communicate clearly and cross-functionally to get results and influence decisions + Ability to implement conversion tracking, interpret marketing analytics, report on success metrics, and suggest optimizations + Minimal travel required + Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.   **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  **   + Experience with additional paid media channels(paid search, display/programmatic, trade media, retail, etc.). + Experience managing influencer/affiliate programs + Digital marketing strategy and methodologies    + Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Experience executing international campaignsoutside of the United States **SCHEDULE** : This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate an office first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will collaborate in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
