Paid Media Specialist
Description:
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns to drive engagement and conversions for multiple customer journeys. This role focuses on executing paid media strategies, ensuring cohesive implementation across multiple platforms, and analyzing data for insights and optimizations. This individual will manage ads campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Additionally, the ideal candidate has email marketing campaign experience.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms for nurturing specific customer journeysCollaborate with the creative team on ad content aligned with target customer segmentsMonitor daily ad spend, audience performance, and A/B testing across campaignsProvide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholdersDefine, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIsStrategize segmented email campaigns for sales enablementBuild automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture sequencesEnsure all messaging aligns with brand voice and funnel strategyCollaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with other merchandising and marketing effortsQualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsEmail marketing experience preferredProven analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-moving environmentLICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required.
