We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join the BioProduction Group (BPG) marketing team. This role will assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing innovative digital advertising campaigns for multiple business units. You will collaborate with market development teams and marketing strategy teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities focus on paid search, paid social, and display advertising; future work may extend to other channels (e.g., account-based marketing, third-party advertisement, etc.).

A Day in the life

Assist the market development leads in the strategy and implementation of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns.

Coordinate with Channel Managers & SEO leads to strategize and optimize digital advertising programs and organic search through, but not limited to, SEM, organic, social media, display, IP targeting, programmatic, and other channels.

Support channel optimization, budget management, and outstanding campaign performance.

Deliver reporting and campaign analysis using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other tools in collaboration with the analytics team.

Help partners improve their understanding of standard methodologies to achieve impactful results

Stay updated and test the latest digital advertising tools, platforms, and new technologies.

Keys to Success

Education

BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience

2+ years’ experience in digital marketing campaigns, programs, and tactic management.

Shown experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

Experience within a B2B direct marketing environment. Bioprocessing industry experience preferred.

Experience with Adobe Analytics and PowerBI is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Outstanding attention to detail and strong organization skills.

Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects.

Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $75,800.00–$115,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
