What You’ll Be Doing:

Activation & Management

Support and manage the day-to-day setup and optimisation of the Sweaty Betty marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads.Responsible for maintenance of account hygiene, including audience refresh cadence, pixel & feed-based health checks

Creative and Communication:

Work with the Manager to develop Regional Comms strategy and be responsible for its implementation.Support the Manager to manage the relationship with external & external creative partners & manage process from creative briefing to delivery of content.Own paid ad builds across platforms (META, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Ads, with oversight from ManagerAssist in maintaining the ad creative process and relationship with internal stakeholdersLearn and develop a high degree of quality control and enforce the consistency of creative standards and tone of voice across platformsResearch and disseminate information regarding emerging social platforms to support Sweaty Betty’s digital expansionTake & distribute meeting notes & action points from calls with platforms to Biddable team

Reporting:

Aid in reporting processes on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis, inclusive of pulling platform data and formatting into digestible outputsWork with Manager to present end of campaign findings to wider Sweaty Betty stakeholdersAssist the team in analyzing metrics, providing performance updates and suggesting new optimizations and initiatives to the wider Sweaty Betty teamConduct targeting, creative and wider platform data analysis to drive performance

Testing and Innovation:

Help manage the biddable testing calendar—from setup to reporting and next steps.Evaluate test results and contribute ideas for future experiments.Work with content and account teams to align creative assets with testing goals and platform best practices.Ensure META’s technical set-up (including pixel delivery & catalog match rates) remains at a high level and proactively raises any issues

What we’re looking for:

A basic understanding of key platforms, including META, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google AdsAn analytical mind and an interest in driving performance through dataStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage workload effectively to ensure that ads go live on time and accuratelyAt least 6 months experience within a marketing / digital roleExperience within video & display an advantageThe ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure that we have the correct assets, budget and targeting set up across our campaignsComfortable working with data and using Excel to identify trends and share insights.
