RWS Global is searching for passionate, curious, and driven individuals to join our Fall 2025 Internship Program — an immersive, paid experience across multiple departments and cities. As the world’s largest producer of live entertainment, RWS Global creates over one million live moments every day, spanning cruise lines, theme parks, resorts, sporting events, Broadway productions, and more. We’re offering in-person internships beginning September 8, 2025, running for 12–13 weeks at 24 hours per week. We are seeking a passionate individual who wants to further their career in the field of music direction. Working with our Manager, Music Direction, they will collaborate with the team to arrange and update scores using music notation software, record VOs in our studio and improve their organisational skills using our Project management tools. As the internship progresses, there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to teach material to our casts and work with our Harmony Helper tool and learn a little more about music production and install on site.
