1、Provide technical support to production cells to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the Trainer/Trouble shooter/supervisors to receive enough help when they need.

4、Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down

5、Train the operator on tech and make WI/SOP understood completely by relevant operators.

6、Investigate the lens defect causes and work out the best solution

7、Do documentation including records and analyses of process

8、Assist other process engineers to implement the new process trial when they need

9、Interface with vendors and customers to determine and/or solve a variety of process-related problems; to ensure raw materials, process and design are compatible.

10、Organize and fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.
