Job Summary Responsible for packaging on various packaging machinery to maintain a steady production flow. Tasks may include traying-on, traying-off, nano-packaging, and pallet movement. Follows SOPs and departmental procedures. Recommends improvements and identifies potential issues affecting both personnel and equipment. Key Responsibilities Inspect labeled vials, lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, shippers, packing, and palletized shipper packs. Maintain log-in ability on packaging lines. Perform skilled training for aggregation of shippers. Operate high-speed automated inspection equipment (AIM). Document line clearances before and after running production lots. Work on assembly lines with Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications. Ensure packaged products meet 100% of required specifications. Follow all SOPs and cGMPs including required training modules. Keep a clean and organized work environment; strive to meet daily goals. Assist with equipment changeovers and setup as needed. Ensure correct setup and operation of packaging equipment (excluding labeler). Maintain a safe work environment; use proper PPE and report safety issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Work overtime as needed. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
