The ideal candidate will have previous experience with labeling systems, RF scanners, and packing processes. If you’re a team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and consistency.Responsibilities· Process sales orders through customer labeling lines (shoes)
· Load boxes onto labeling lines and build completed pallets
· Operate sit-down or stand-up tow motors to stage product
· Label pallets using customer and master labels
· Use RF scanners to track and stage labeled products
· Stretch wrap and prepare finished pallets for shipment
· Maintain organization across multiple pallet sales orders
· Perform general housekeeping in and around the work areaQualifications and Requirements· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
· Overtime availability as needed
· Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems
· Team-oriented mindset and effective communicationPreferred Skills· Tow motor (forklift) experience
· 1–3 years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
· Labeling machine experiencePhysical DemandsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. The base salary range for this position is $33,280–$35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
