POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Packaging audit process to review the Call Part Materials and generate the PSS according the RON-435. (Standard packaging, weight, quantity, etc.)
Weigh Packaging Audit for the PWC parts and confirm the weigh total packaging.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define with the packaging engineer, packaging coordinator the scope of work (timeline, milestones and priorities of suppliers and part numbers)
Follow the Master Data Error Dashboard to get all the part numbers, that needs to review due to inconsistencies information.
Priority part numbers audit, according the Fill Rate Project or New Projects, to obtain the packaging information.
Create the plan audit and database to report all the data.
Establish a weekly governance with the key players to review the audit results of the audits.
After the Governance, define the create PSS and upload information in SAP
Results Documentation.
CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:
Increase the PSS finished and updated in SAP.
Audit validation data to detect and report the inconsistence with GK
KPIs compliance
Identify possible Improvements and saving packaging cost.

Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
