Job Description
The Packaging Technician is responsible for various tasks within the packaging operations, ensuring all activities align with the set standards and protocols.
ResponsibilitiesComplete training modules regarding gowning techniques for entrance to and from designated areas.Oversee packaging operations on packaging lines, including assembly, disassembly, preparation, and adjustments of labeling and packaging machinery.Visually inspect labels and packaging finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.Manually perform labeling and packaging of finished goods according to specifications when automated machinery is unavailable.Ensure good document practices in the recording, maintenance, and organizing of batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks for responsible areas.Properly label and dispose of hazardous waste from the packaging floor.Assist other team members in manufacturing areas when needed.Maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping of tools and inspection/packaging machines.Adhere to applicable SOPs, GMP, and ISO rules and regulations related to the position.Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.Essential SkillsProficiency in packaging, assembly, and cleanroom operations.Ability to effectively manage labeling and packaging tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent.No prior experience necessary.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is helpful.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
