Packaging Technical Leader City: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki **About the role** Are you ready to shape the future of packaging? The External Manufacturing Packaging team works with over 50 co-manufacturers across Europe, manufacturing licensed medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, food, and general products using a wide range of manufacturing technologies and packaging formats. You will collaborate with professionals from various industries and cultural backgrounds, fostering teamwork and knowledge exchange to develop smarter, more innovative packaging solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical packaging expertise, project management, interpersonal & team building skills and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be responsible for all technical packaging activities in a given area of Health and Personal Care Co-manufacturing sector. You will lead your team to achieve company objectives fostering a collaborative and high-performing workspace. **On this role you will be:** • Responsible for delivery of all packaging project occurring within your area related to NPD, EPD, BCP, Sustainability, Compliance and Cost Saving. • Developing and implementing packaging solutions and providing continuous technical support on every stage of project & product lifecycle (end-to-end). • Lead the team to achieve company goals. Creating robust working practices and a can-do culture • Support the resolution of issues affecting current business that are packaging related such as design, specification, packing process, documentation, supplier changes. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects, support day-to-date operations and resolve any quality and technical issues. • Ensure compliance with relevant packaging regulations and standards. • Ensure timely and compliant delivery and maintenance of packaging documentation, packaging databases & Quality systems. • Identify and implement consumer insights, market trends, sustainability, business continuity and cost-saving opportunities in packaging. • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements within the department. • Coach and develop packaging team. Drive the development of team capability to gain greater expertise, take ownership of own development and accept responsibility. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology and materials. **The experience we're looking for** • 5-7 years related experience. • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and testing methodologies. • Experience working within high pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines.
