Job Purpose

Executes and implements the operational plan and leads an operational team to meet production performance targets. Optimizes safety, quality and productivity in several focus areas.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  Creates a safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times and driving safety improvement. Ensures compliance with Heineken quality standards, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO standards. Creates a hygienic environment and applies 5S standards. Meets the operational output plan and ensures the reduction of losses. Ensures that the Total Productive Management (TPM) procedures are carried out and participates in the management of the TPM pillars. Optimizes the workforce management. Reduces energy and water consumption by following an energy reduction route. Manages staff working on the lines and delegates tasks to enhance performance. Deploys operation performance indicator and escalates problems to the direct manager. Sets weekly and monthly plans in coordination with the maintenance team. Applies quality measures and monitors utilities: water, electricity, and carbon consumption. Develops the skills of the packaging team by coaching and guiding them and identifying areas of improvement.

Education & Experiences

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Years of Experience

2 -4 years of experience in packaging process in FMCG companies, preferably in Beverages Industry

Qualifications & Other Requirements 

Excellent command of English Language

Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
