Your new role

As part of Packaging & Verification Development VP area in Final Product Development (FPDEV), your new role in the Secondary Packaging Maintenance team (SecPack) will be to take the ownership of our secondary packaging products with a strong focus on risk management, collaborating closely with your highly skilled team members and having stakeholders, such as device product responsible, secondary packaging designers, project managers, engineers, test engineers, laboratory technicians and Quality Assurance (QA).

 

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

Providing impact assessment in change control cases for secondary packaging components Conducting design verification activities on secondary packaging for all our marketed products to ensure all requirements are fulfilled for implementation Performing risk management activities in collaboration with the packaging process team Interpreting and maintaining risk assessments and control measures for our secondary packaging products in production, while also ensuring effective problem-solving in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders Providing expert input to e.g. risk assessments for customer complaints and deviations in the production

We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

 

Within CMC & Product Supply Finished Product Manufacturing, sits Secondary Packaging Maintenance team (SecPack), part of the Packaging & Verification Development VP area in Final Product Development (FPDEV) supporting packaging of Novo Nordisk finished products. We are an international team with 33 colleagues divided in three teams, supporting each other and working with both development and maintenance in projects and support tasks across Novo Nordisk.

 

In Finished Product Development (FPDEV), we are bringing product development to production and driving development and standardisation of new, smarter packaging products. Furthermore, we are responsible for establishing packaging capacity worldwide for new and marketed products in compliance with current regulatory requirements and in close interaction with the Novo Nordisk global production sites. We have an end-to-end presence from device development to production implementation and support to running production. FPDEV Packaging & Verification Development is situated in Hillerød and consists of around 200 employees divided into different departments.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We’re looking for a new Packaging Product Responsible who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

A strong practical experience in compliance and documentation within a regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, aviation, or automotive, while also having experience with design control, risk management and/or medical device development, which is considered a plus Strong networking and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to set clear direction, encourage collaboration, enhance performance, while maintaining quality and efficiency The to work independently as well as leveraging expert colleagues for optimal outcomes with great team spirit Excellent communications skills to all levels and fluency in English A minimum of a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials and manufacturing engineering, medical device engineering, biomechanics, pharmaceutical design and engineering, chemistry, physics, natural science, or a similar field
