Job Description
Manage the end-to-end packaging workflow to ensure final artwork aligns with our clients brand standards and compliance requirements.
Lead agency partners in executing packaging artwork for new product introductions (NPIs) and change requests, ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.
Drive packaging strategy and evolution, including design, messaging hierarchy, and customer insights testing.
Oversee global artwork developmentfrom content creation and review alignment to final hand-off for production.
Partner with cross-functional teams (WW Marketing, Product BUs) to guide packaging decisions that enhance customer experience and brand consistency.
Provide strategic guidance for regional packaging implementation and change requests.
Serve as the subject matter expert on packaging design, bringing competitive insights and industry trends to the team.
Consolidate content from multiple business units to regionalize messaging and design.
Support the development and maintenance of our clients packaging brand standards.
Manage detailed budgets for artwork development and production.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and a sharp design sensibility.
Proven experience managing global production workflows.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across large, cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in agency and client management, particularly in packaging.
Comfortable working in virtual, global environments
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism and poise. Experience with Workfront
PM tools including but not limited to: Asana, Trello, Jira null
