Key Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilites:

Operation of packaging system and related equipmentCross training in Bulk/Mini Bulk/Pallets/ShippingOperation of forklifts and warehouse management systemsMiscellaneous packaging/mini bulk/warehousing/housekeeping/maintenance duties as assignedOperation of label printers and stretch wrapping equipmentMonitoring bins and working with dryer operatorUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulationsMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications

Required Qualifications:

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employerCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonableMust be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic use of a computerAbility to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a production or plant environmentForklift experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience with Inventory Systems
