Packaging Operator – 4–6 Month Contract
Location: Markham, Ontario
Training Shift: Days and Afternoons
Assigned shift after training completion: Night shift

Shift Schedule Training will begin on one of the following shifts:
After training, the role will transition to the Night Shift (10:15 PM - 6:15 AM).
Requirement: Must successfully pass a penicillin allergy test prior to onboarding
How you’ll spend your day
As a Packaging Operator I, you will:
Operate packaging equipment in accordance with the Master Packaging Order (MPO) Follow EH&S policies, GMPs, and controlled procedures (SOPs, EMs, WIs, JAs) Perform basic equipment setup, including programming batch info and cleaning/assembly Troubleshoot and fine-tune equipment within your area of responsibility Inspect finished products and complete documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized packaging area Support OPEX initiatives (OEE, SMED, RCPS, Kaizen, 5S) Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and operate equipment properly Perform other duties as assignedYour experience and qualifications Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience High School diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude with high-speed machinery Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures (OH&S Act, WHMIS) Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills Solid math and writing skills (online assessment required for interview consideration) Already Working @TEVA?
