You'll be responsible for leading a team of operators, managing safety and quality, optimising output, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at our Huntingwood site. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role with a focus on performance, standards, and people. **What does the role look like for you?** + Lead the afternoon shift team to meet production targets (OTIFNE – On Time, In Full, No Errors) + Manage line changeovers, operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (HACCP, ISO) + Coach and develop team members to support multi-skilling and capability uplift + Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and process enhancements + Support materials planning and usage to reduce waste and ensure availability + Maintain accurate data entry and process tracking using SAP + Engage in daily Tier meetings and embed world-class manufacturing practices (EISC/MMS, TRACC, 5S) **What you’ll bring:** + 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing + Forklift licence essential + Strong mechanical aptitude and operational troubleshooting skills + High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality + HSC or relevant technical/trade qualifications; Diploma or tertiary education desirable + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic SAP functionality + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills **Why join us?** At Diageo, you’ll enjoy more than just a job – you’ll be part of a culture that celebrates life every day.
