• Drive continuous improvement and support both sustainability and cost optimization initiatives
• Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites as needed to support collaboration and project timelines.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in packaging engineering, preferably within the high-volume consumer electronics industry
• Proven ability to lead packaging design projects from concept to mass production
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office; experience with ArtiosCAD, TOPS, and Adobe Illustrator is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and manufacturing workflows
• Familiar with lab testing standards and procedures such as ISTA and ASTM
• Hands-on experience working onsite with manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong knowledge in key packaging areas, including:
1,Corrugated and paperboard packaging design
2,Molded pulp development
3,Insert protection and packaging adhesives
4,Paper printing techniques and surface treatments
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Effective prioritization aligned with business and project goals
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
