This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionManage packing development and improvement project to meet client, company and regulatory needs.Create Project Plans, organizes resources and test method to ensure project milestones are meet within expectation of timeline, quality and budget. reduce logistics cost such as packing issue.Review and approves product engineering change order and packaging process change, including labels specifications and packaging related content.Consult with vendors in the development of packaging for components and materials.Creates packaging related SOP's and Work instructions.Expert in packaging system (Pack IT) and packaging instruction complete in POE.Handle packaging new design for all project and cooperate with global packaging community.Provide training for appropriate per personal performing packaging activities.Other by assign from superior.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or related field.

Qualifications:

Fair command of English.Experience in logistic or planning is advance, Logical thinking.Continuous improvement idea, SAP basic knowledge.Project management.Negotiation, coordination and communicate skill.Problem solving Process: Logistics, Solid work
Ability to coordinate and work with other function for both internal and external.Decision making in own task area.Packaging system, Solid work.Basic budget setup.Problem solving skill.
