**Purpose of the Position:**
Responsible for the plan, control and administration of the cross category process for updating master data at the SAP system level related to the creation and maintenance of new skus, existing skus, new packaging components and consumptions as well as their bills of materials (BOM). In the same way, execute the exchange controls (ECN) related to the manufacture of the products in the manufacturing plant, Copacker and CoMan when applicable.
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Administration of the cross-category control and monitoring system of registrations and changes for related reports.
+ Prepare flows in the AODocs system to register views and create new Packaging and WIP components.
+ Prepare the bills of materials (BOM) in SAP for the skus of new products and/or consumptions as well as notify those involved in the project via email of the availability for their knowledge.
+ Prepare changes through the execution of ECN to the bills of materials (BOM) in SAP for replacement of Packaging components and/or consumption, in existing Skus or Skus of new products and notify those involved in the availability via email. the project for your knowledge.
+ Coordinate the update of master data in the Skus that require support from the Master Data team, preserve records and communicate the updates.
+ Comply with quality standards (product conformity, product design and marketing, technology transfer, process validation and control, corrective and preventive actions, change control, consumer complaints, storage and management of information, labeling and finished product , intercompany supply, supplier administration, laboratory tests.
**Skills and education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Systems or Industrial) or similar.
+ 1 - 3 years desirable.
+ Project management.
+ Financial analysis of projects.
+ Basic statistics.
+ SAP system, Google and related software.
+ English.
+ Packaging material testing could be desirable
+ Marketing.
