Job Description

Onin Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join a client in Wilson that distributes various car parts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of packaging quality and how errors can impact customer satisfaction, online review, and platform performance.

$16.00 to $17.00 hourly based on experience1st Shift Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm Friday 7:30am-12pmOpportunity for raise after completion of probation periodAffordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services

This position also involves light customer service, including quick responses to order changes, shipping address corrections, and occasional phone support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right product, on time, and in great condition. 

Review and prioritize daily ordersAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders; some tool assembly Respond to customer service requests, following up and resolving any issuesMaintain a clean work areaPerform inventory counts
