The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Packaging Analyst at 3M Wroclaw, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: + Leading the creation of packaging documentation and data management for assigned divisions. + Collaborating with Packaging Engineers as well as plant and business partners. + Interpreting and analysing data to support improvements and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data across systems. + Applying quality management requirements to department operations. + Prioritizing work to meet changing needs and interdepartmental goals. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: + Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline + Two years of experience in analysis or data-related roles + English at a communicative level + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel + Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills + Experience working within a cross-functional team Additional knowledge and nice-to-have skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Project management skills + Experience working in a packaging organization Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
