Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPackage cheese products into bags or boxes following standard proceduresEnsure weights, labels, and packaging quality meet company specificationsOperate and monitor packaging equipment such as sealers, printers, and scalesComplete required paperwork and follow all safety and GMP guidelinesReport defective or sub-standard products and assist with corrective actionMaintain clean work areas and perform sanitation tasks as scheduledSupport other production departments when needed
Work Experience
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishBasic math skills to calculate weights and production countsComfortable standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in food production or packaging is a plusFlexibility to work overtime if needed
Physical RequirementsStand, walk, bend, and reach for long periodsLift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequentlyWork in varying temperatures and around moving equipmentAbility to hear, speak clearly, and follow safety directions in a loud environment
