You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in leveraging the speed and analytical capabilities of HANA to optimize their warehouse operations. You will be involved in projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. Your key responsibilities include: Strategic SAP HANA WMS Solution Focus: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA-based Warehouse Management solutions, focusing on performance optimization, real-time analytics, and user experience. * Leverage the in-memory capabilities of SAP HANA to deliver high-speed, data-driven warehouse processes. * Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client business objectives. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: * Participate in strategy development and solution implementation, utilizing your deep expertise in SAP HANA and WMS. * Employ the latest SAP technologies, including Fiori, to build intuitive and efficient warehouse management applications. * Conduct workshops and provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP HANA WMS implementation. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP HANA WMS. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Excellent configuration experience within SAP WM module, with a minimum of 5 years of experience * Ideally, at least 3 full cycle SAP WMS implementation projects * Good problem solving and analytical skills * Good Knowledge of Material Management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams **Preferred technical and professional experience** •Knowledge of SAP EWM •Knowledge of SAP Ariba IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
