**Introduction** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead the SAP PM/EAM functional stream for the ECC to RISE migration. * Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis for ECC PM processes transitioning to RISE. * Collaborate with BASIS, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration. * Ensure continuity and integrity of business processes throughout the transformation. * Support data migration and validation activities. * Configure SAP PM/EAM functionalities and troubleshoot issues as they arise. * Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. * Provide post-migration hypercare and support. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP PM and EAM. * Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and understanding of migration to RISE (RISE with SAP). * Proven experience in at least one SAP ECC to RISE (on-prem to cloud) migration project. * Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, work order processing, and master data structures. * Familiarity with Fiori apps relevant to PM/EAM in the RISE environment. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * SAP certification in PM or EAM. * Experience with SAP Activate methodology. * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (brownfield or selective data transition approach). * Experience with integration touchpoints (MM, FI, CO, etc.).
