This role requires a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems being integrated. The consultant will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration, ensuring that it meets the client's business requirements. This may involve coding, unit testing, and rollout, as well as providing post-implementation support. The consultant must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Demonstrated experience in executing payroll integrations through PECI * Has a comprehensive understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems involved in the integration is essential. * Proven experience leading the planning, design, and implementation of system integrations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure solutions align with client business requirements. * Exposure in coding, unit testing, and rollout, as well as providing post-implementation support * Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders * Workday Integration Certification is required IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
