Review, analyse and test impact of Qatar payroll related changes included in support packages. * Should have in depth understanding of EC data models. Enable and configure Qatar payroll features. Should understand EC workflows, complex business rules in Employee central and Time management that are related to Employee Central Payroll. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Employee Central Payroll * Replication / Data migration * Must have a minimum of 10 years of Payroll experience with 7 years in Middle East Payroll implementation. * SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll * Awareness in Transport Management System * Awareness in Authorizations * Awareness of Quality Processes **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with SAP tools (e.g., LSMW, BDC, ABAP Debugging) * Cloud Platform Integration * Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
