CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Core HR opening for our client in Boulder, CO. Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Duties: Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions, both Cloud and OnPrem SAP HR modules Lead the configuration and implementation of Core HR processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices Provide functional support for global payroll integrations, with a focus on CAN (Canada), Mexico, and Australia payroll systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR and payroll solutions Identify and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides Support change management efforts and end-user training activities Skills: Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR, including Cloud and OnPrem SAP HR Working knowledge of international payroll systems, including Canada (CAN), Mexico, and Australia Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a global team Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR implementations and support Proven track record in managing or supporting global payroll projects, particularly for Canada, Mexico, and Australia Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and HR process optimization Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
