You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** The ideal candidate will possess a strong expertise in SAP HR Minimaster and Travel and Expense (T&E) modules, with a comprehensive understanding of their integration within the larger SAP landscape. The candidate should be proficient in configuring, customizing, and maintaining SAP HR Minimaster, with experience in managing employee data such as personal information, organizational assignments, and payroll data. Additionally, expertise in SAP Travel and Expense management is essential, including the configuration of travel and expense policies, the handling of reimbursement processes, integration with other SAP modules like SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP MM (Materials Management), and the optimization of reporting functions. Key skills and competencies include: * In-depth knowledge of SAP HR Minimaster, including the maintenance of employee records, organizational management, and personnel administration. * Expertise in SAP Travel and Expense management, covering expense report creation, approval workflows, and reimbursement processes. * Proficiency in customizing T&E policies and approval hierarchies within SAP, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. * Experience with SAP Fiori and other user interface technologies for enhancing user experience in HR and T&E modules. * Familiarity with SAP integration tools, such as PI/PO or IDocs, for seamless data transfer between SAP modules. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for addressing HR and T&E-related issues within SAP. * Ability to provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the SAP system. **Preferred technical and professional experience** The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the support, and optimization of SAP HR Minimaster and Travel and Expense modules in an enterprise environment, ensuring seamless and efficient HR and T&E processes within the organization.
