Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. * Analyze business requirements and design scalable, efficient EWM solutions that meet operational goals. * Configure EWM functionalities such as: * Inbound and outbound processes * Warehouse structure * Storage types, bins, activity areas * Physical inventory * Labor management * RF/mobile data entry integration * Yard management * Value-added services * Integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM. * Work with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. * Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system issues. * Document functional designs, test scenarios, SOPs, and training materials. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent. * 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle S/4HANA EWM implementations. * Strong knowledge of embedded and decentralized EWM deployment options. * Experience in RF integration, HU management, cross-docking, and wave management. * Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. * Hands-on experience in customizing SAP EWM processes and writing functional specs. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Train end users and warehouse staff on system usage and new functionalities. * Participate in warehouse operations assessments and suggest process improvements. * Stay up to date with latest SAP innovations and product updates in EWM.
