Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support/Finance Functional. * Responsible for defining the solution blueprint for the Microsoft Dynamics solution(addressing all high-level business and technical requirements). * Providing on site and off site consulting services and support to Dynamics clients(go-live and post-implementation). * Perform basic configurations and security setups. * Provides first level support to clients and troubleshoots solution issues as needed **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support /Finance Functional. * Definition of business, technical (good to have), and architectural requirements. * Recognizes any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements that must in an Enterprise solution **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Understands and adheres to all Project Plan and Scope documents developed by Project Managers. * Executes Project Task items in accordance with defined Project timeline. * Provides timely feedback to Project Managers and/or clients IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
