**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **PACE Operations Manager** to serve as a key leader in the daily operations of our interdisciplinary care teams (IDTs) at CHA PACE. In this pivotal role, you will act as a model of care expert and lead efforts to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient team operations across multiple IDTs. You will oversee a wide range of functions, including staff training and development, care coordination processes, quality improvement, and EMR (Epic) optimization, while also stepping in to resolve complex participant or staff situations. This position plays a critical leadership role in shaping participant care and team performance within the PACE model.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Serve as the “Center Manager” and model of care expert in PACE operations
• Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and care coordination processes
• Supervise and guide administrative and clinical staff in day-to-day IDT operations
• Oversee training, performance development, and staff engagement for IDT members
• Collaborate on quality improvement and compliance initiatives with the Quality and Compliance Manager
• Participate in utilization review, operational planning, and change management activities
• Lead or assist with Epic EMR updates, optimizations, and related training
• Intervene in complex participant care or staffing issues to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Participate in administrator on-call rotation
**Qualifications**
• BS/BA in healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience; MA/MS preferred
• PACE, health plan or interdisciplinary team, etc. management experience
• Geriatric and/or disabled population experience preferred
