What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, fault isolation, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems, leveraging your operational experience in each crew position. You will serve as a representative of Lockheed Martin, fostering strong relationships with customers and maintaining a positive, professional work attitude.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the PAC-3/PATRIOT system
• Conducting fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems
• Maintaining a good working relationship with customers
• Deploying to OCONUS locations for 1-4 years at a time, with occasional deployments to war zone locations
• Obtaining a Secret Clearance and passport within the first 60 days of employment
• Passing a post-offer, pre-employment physical to determine deployability capabilities

This position is in Dallas, TX, Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Bliss, TX, or Lawton, OK.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
An Interim clearance is required to start.
Candidate must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.
Mandatory long-term international assignments; candidate must be able to deploy to war zone locations if FSR's unit is deployed
The FSR must possess a detailed understanding of the PAC-3 / PATRIOT system to include fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic / mechanical systems, and operational experience for each crew position
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
Desired Skills:
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Prior military experience as a Patriot Launching Station Enhanced Operator Maintainer (MOS 14T) or a PATRIOT Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (MOS 14E)
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or database management software (e.g., Excel, Access, Oracle)
Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office products and internet navigation capabilities
Experience with the military supply system
Active Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
