Then come and join our global team as P58 "DX" Sales & Service ERP Lead (f/m/d), to lead the definition, governance, and deployment of Diagnostics (DX) requirements within the global P58 program. This role ensures alignment across countries, zones, and central stakeholders, supports deployment readiness, and drives continuous improvement in live operations. You will act as a strategic interface between Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and evolution of the P58 framework.


This position can be located in EMEA or the Americas.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible to define and manage the global DX requirements and change requests in alignment with governance standards.You will drive this by coordinating with country teams, DX management, and P58 leadership to ensure consistent deployment and template integrity.You will support project milestones by providing guidance on business requirements, functional specs, and resource planning.You will oversee contract setup processes and maintain related documentation.You will facilitate deployment readiness, monitor live operations, and escalate critical issues.You will drive continuous improvement and simplification strategies in collaboration with CBS and country stakeholders.You will be responsible in managing and developing a team of experts by providing direction, coaching and continuous guidance to ensure high quality delivery.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.You have many years of operational finance experience, including strong experience in requirement management, preferably within finance transformation programs.You possess dedicated experience of financial systems (e.g., SAP), contract management, and global deployment processes - prior P58 AC/FIN experience is requiredYou have experience in project management and in leading change management efforts, gained in a global corporate environmentYou have several years of people management experienceYou are fluent in English language; German is a plus.

You have the ability to represent strong DX position within the P58 program and to navigate political environment around it (top management stakeholders)You have a high affinity to IT (dedicated SAP skills), processes, numbers, and analysisYou possess superior facilitation and presentation skillsYou excel by your excellent interpersonal skills, being a strong team player with interest in working across zones/ borders and cultures expectedYou have the ability to influence and lead large teams for operational success
