**What You Will Do:**
- Preparation and issuance of RFIs, RFPs. Letter Subcontracts, POs
- Place purchase orders of medium complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various complex subcontract (Cost Type, Incentive Type, Firm Fixed, etc.).
- Perform price and cost analysis techniques in support of proposals and placements.
-Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
-Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure the best terms and conditions.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
-Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business goals.
-Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
- Maintain POs to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information.
-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
-Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement and supply chain activities.
-Ensure adherence to RTX Corporation’s procurement policies and procedures.
-Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
**Qualifications you Must Have:**
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR/DFARS) – ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar threshold
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations

**Qualifications We Prefer:**
SAP/PRISM based environment experience
Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services – including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles
Knowledge and experience with Computer Hardware and Software placement

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
