P2P Systems Project Coordinator

As the P2P Systems Project Coordinator at Aon, you will lead and manage projects related to procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across Procurement, Technology, and Business teams to deliver initiatives that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, resource, and risk management while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Scope Management + Define project scope and ensure alignment with all stakeholders. + Manage scope changes according to PMI standards and Aon-specific practices. Schedule Management + Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery. + Manage schedule changes using PMI standards and Aon-specific practices. Risk, Issue, and Change Management + Create and maintain risk, issue, and change logs and mitigation strategies. + Provide regular reporting on risks, issues, and changes. Resource Management + Assemble and manage project teams by assigning responsibilities and enforcing accountability. + Communicate with resource managers regarding assignment durations and changes to resource requirements. Document Management + Maintain standard project documentation and metrics to track progress and performance. Programme and Change Delivery + Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and enable smooth change delivery. + Track and report progress to stakeholders, overseeing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery commitments. + Promote adherence to governance models and ensure the use of defined standards and tools (e.g., risk logs, change control). General Role Expectations + Work independently while escalating issues and risks appropriately. + Champion efficiencies that result in service improvements and cost savings. + Build strong relationships across Technology and Procurement teams. + Celebrate team accomplishments and foster an environment of collaboration and development. + Act as a role model by encouraging professionalism and innovation. Qualifications and Experience + Proven experience in project and change management with expertise in P2P processes and expense management. + Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, procure-to-pay, third-party management, and supplier management. + Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Familiarity with Change Frameworks, Agile methodologies, and best practices. + Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and ensure adherence to governance frameworks. + Knowledge of Aon’s values, culture, and transformation fundamentals is an advantage.
