P2P System Specialist

The Role

About the role:

You will play a critical role to drive adoption and provide support across the global org in using the P2P system. Being the link between vendor of the software and FPA across the org ensuing both the P2P system is being used correctly and in conjunction with the global indirect procurement policy.

Your main responsibilities:

Provide User Support: Act as the primary P2P Super User, managing daily operations and triaging all system-related queries.

Manage P2P Policies & Procedures: Analyse, guide, and optimize P2P processes and system configurations, continually reviewing and updating policies.

Conduct Audits: Run audits to identify and address system workarounds (e.g., credit card vs. P2P) and escalate issues.

Oversee Training Programs: Maintain and manage P2P training materials, identify training needs, and own LearnSmart Modules.

Manage System Access & Catalogues: Control user licenses and permissions and maintain accurate and updated product catalogues and taxonomy.

Monitor & Optimize System Performance: Proactively identify improvement opportunities, linking with industry trends and best practices.

Lead P2P Projects & Reporting: Drive initiatives for new module integration towards a source-to-pay ecosystem and provide comprehensive reporting on system usage, compliance, and performance.

About you:

3+ year's experience working with a P2P system on a multi-country basis.

Experience in rolling out a P2P system.

Strong understanding of core procurement principles, including sourcing strategies, contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to influence all levels of the organization.

Experience in conducting training programs to increase system adoption.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, analysing data and creating actionable insights.

Experience in a JDE environment would be preferred not essential.

Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
