We are currently looking for two P2P System and Process Lead, responsible for our Basware system and this includes configuration and smooth running of the system our Accounts payable team is using to perform their work. This role is instrumental in supporting the team in delivering Accounts payable services, accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company’s policies, guidelines, and operating procedures. Additionally, this role will include identifying improvement opportunities in process, lead in implementation of changes in system or standard work in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.

This position reports to the Global P2P Process Leader and is part of the Accounts payable team. It is an on-site role located in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do:

one role with focus: Key contact on Basware system towards our system supplier and within Cytiva second role with focus: Key contact on SAP and Oracle AP subledger system towards our Accounts payable team and other cross functional team within CytivaParticipate/lead in projects related to changes of standard work and/or system changes, Support to Accounts payable team and Auditors on system and process related itemsAnalysis of metrics to identify and propose improvements areas in process or system.Responsible for updating standard work and training documentation also conduct training to users in Accounts Payable team or Business teams in system and processes related to Purchase to pay process

 

Who you are:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, preferably Degree or Professional Qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance or IT specializing in Finance systems.The selected candidate will need to have at least 5 years of working experience in accounting and/or in Purchase to pay process and has solid knowledge in Oracle and/or SAP configurations and in in leading/participating in IT/Finance projectsExperience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) configuration and workflows (i.e. Basware or similar) and proficient working Excel knowledge Strong troubleshooting, analytic and planning skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Supporting change management activities as and when they occur, ensuring effective employee communication and engagement is maintainedExperience in business intelligence tools like QLIK
