P2P Operations Analyst US (Temporary 2 years)

Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/?keywords=cloroxistheplace&highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7079847624048001024) **Your role at Clorox:** As a P2P Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to procurement and payment processes, resolving complex operational issues, and working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including Transportation, Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Copack Manufacturing, Tax, GTC, Vendors, Plants, Material Coordinators, and HP BPO. This role will involve identifying process gaps, leading corrective actions, and recommending and initiating process improvements. You will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procurement data and financial transactions. \#LI-Hybrid **In this role, you will:** + Analyze procurement-to-pay data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. + Serve as the final escalation point for P2P-related operational issues. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes, delays, and errors. + Support compliance with internal control requirements and regulatory standards. + Lead and/or participate in projects to streamline P2P processes and remove operational barriers. + Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics to monitor P2P performance. + Contribute to the stewardship of Clorox’s financial and data assets by ensuring data accuracy and process transparency. **What we look for:** + At least 3 years of proven experience in a P2P, procurement, or finance-related operations role. + Fluent English (spoken and written) – Mandatory. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. + Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge or experience with Coupa or other procurement platforms. **Key Skills & Abilities:** + Strong skills in data analysis and reporting. + Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks and outcomes. + Ability to thrive in a collaborative and multifunctional team environment. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Self-driven, proactive, and resilient in a dynamic work environment. + Analytical and problem-solving mindset. + Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. + Ability to set priorities and meet tight business deadlines. + Thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized. **Workplace type:** Hybrid - 2 days in the office, and 3 days working from home **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
