P2P Global Head (Procure-to-Pay)
As the P2P Global Head, you will be accountable for guiding and overseeing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across the organization. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your strategic mindset, guiding skills, and deep insight of procurement and finance will be instrumental in shaping the future of our P2P function. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, cost savings, and overall success of our procurement operations. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop and implement global P2P strategies and best practices to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings. + Guide and manage a team of P2P professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitation. + Work with cross-functional teams to align P2P processes with business objectives and ensure seamless integration. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the P2P function. + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. + Responsibilities for Internal Candidates + Qualifications for Internal Candidates **YOU MUST HAVE** + 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on P2P processes and operations. + Strong guiding and people management skills. + In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, systems, and tools. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (preferred). + Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM). + Experience in a global procurement environment and managing cross-functional teams. + Strong negotiation and contract management skills. + Continuous learning and adaptability. _This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs.
