P2P Global Head (Procure-to-Pay)
As Manager of Accounts Payable at Honeywell, you will hold a critical position within the organization and play a crucial role in overseeing the accounts payable function. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of accounts payable professionals, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be to manage and oversee the accounts payable function. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. This includes verifying the accuracy of invoices, matching them with purchase orders or contracts, and ensuring proper coding and approval processes are followed. You will also supervise and mentor a team of accounts payable professionals. You will provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to deadlines. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities to your team members. Developing and implementing accounts payable policies and procedures will be another important aspect of your role. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, such as tax regulations and reporting. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate accounts payable processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
