Perform and analyze monthly reports using SAP and Asterix systemsDrive continuous process improvement and automation, developing reporting dashboardsExecute monthly closing tasks with precision and accuracyManage projects within the department, implementing P2P processes and centralizing tasksConduct process analysis, identify gaps, and provide support for system developmentCreate manuals and document departmental processesTrain and support our global hubs on P2P processes and systems

ABOUT YOU

Business University degree advantageousExperience with Asterix and SAP systemsProven track record in supplier management, incident resolution, and invoice processingStrong data management skills, including Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointProficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft ProjectMethodical and organized approach to task executionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in English and Spanish (mandatory), additional languages are a plus
