Your responsibilities:

Processing/posting and verifying purchase invoices/credit notes/payments in advance (with and without orders)/GR'sProcessing/booking business trip settlementsUpdating suppliers’ dataContacting suppliers with regard to confirming external/internal suppliers’ account balances, details of payments made, payment requestsContacting purchasing/local procurement/vendor with regard to GR's/delivery notes/invoicesOther specific activities directly assigned by the SSCActive participation in the projects conducted by the SSCOther specific activities determined for the assigned accounting areaOther activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior

Our requirements:

Fluency in the English language in the business environment ( B2)High school diploma and 0–2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Economic, Finance or Accounting studies will be an assetAbility to work in Microsoft Office, particularly practical knowledge of MS ExcelGood communication skills and ability to work in a team
