About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior V&V Test Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across one or more agile teams. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and test cases using Selenium, Cucumber, and Python, while also contributing to our CI/CD pipelines and leveraging your SQL expertise for backend validation.

A key responsibility of this role is to build a comprehensive Regression Test Suite from scratch, ensuring robust test coverage and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.Build and implement a scalable Regression Test Suite from the ground up.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Perform backend data validation using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and consistency.Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.Contribute to test strategy, planning, and documentation for new and existing features.Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices across teams when needed. 

Work Experience
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Python.Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and processes.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Familiarity with performance and security testing tools.Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
