Job Description:
This role is the operational backbone of our people agenda across the Nordics. It exists to ensure excellence in associate data management, system integrity, process execution, and delivery of core people operations. It enables seamless coordination between P&O (HR), Payroll, and the business, while continuously improving executional reliability and associate experience.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of associate data in Workday and related systems.Lead all transactional people operations processes: contracts, amendments, templates, joiner/leaver actions, job level/notice period updates, movement sheets, and other documentation.Implement and maintain processes to uphold global data governance, privacy standards, and local regulatory compliance.Be the subject matter expert in data accuracy, quality controls, and reporting integrity (e.g. Power BI dashboards).Proactively identify opportunities for simplification and further efficiencies of people transactional operationsPayroll & Benefits Liaison
Collaborate closely with external payroll providers and internal P&O stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll input/output.Own and maintain local contracts and benefits administration processes.Support efficient delivery of STI (Short-term incentive), AVP (Annual variable pay), merit, and other reward-related activities.Coordinate with Rewards CoE and Associate Relations to ensure seamless execution and associate experience.Systems & Tools
Coach and support line managers in Workday use, MyP&O portal, and reporting tools.Serve as key contact for vendor master data process execution (e.g. input/changes in line with global design).Drive efficiency through tools like DocuSign and standardized templates.Maintain and continuously improve the Associate Handbook to reflect current policies and legal requirements.Programs & Experience
