Job Description:
This role is part of local Leadership Team of South LATAM (9 Markets Cluster) to develop, implement & achieve company wide objectives and strategies to grow the business. The occupant of this position will have a key role to build organizational capabilities to support the business strategy, with a pipeline of
highly skilled, diverse associates, living the Five Principles, fully engaged in delivering superior business results. The person will also play a key role as part of RGM P&OLT partnering with the Regional P&O VP and local heads in driving the OGSM agenda.
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience as HR generalist. Solid working experience as HR Business partner of supporting business unit with full P&L.
Experience with MNC or global corporation with ability to translate global programs into locally suitable solutions.
Strong consulting skills and ability to leverage expertise to design and deploy impactful people solutions.
Strong business acumen and experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task and capable of establishing priorities
Strong analytical, consultation skill, coaching and problem-solving
Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal written communication
What will be your key responsibilities?Talent Management: Lead talent processes in South LATAM, including potential identification and succession planning.
Development and Diversity: Design talent strategies and diversity agenda aligned with the global strategy.
Consultation and Leadership: Provide leadership in human resource management and change strategy, focusing on consulting and coaching.
Data Analysis: Manage data to create insights and develop action plans with leaders.
Team Development: Collaborate with leaders to develop high-performing teams and facilitate organizational design.
Associate Engagement: Improve associate experience and coordinate engagement surveys, analyzing results and developing action plans.
Budget Management: Build and manage the HR expenses and salary budget across South LATAM.
Wellness and Benefits: Execute the wellness agenda and administer benefits in partnership with regional teams.
HR Operations: Coordinate HR operations and systems, including compensation, benefits, and personnel policies.
Internal Communication: Drive internal communication in partnership with Corporate Affairs.
