P&L and Cost Management Lead (m/w/d)

We are seeking a results-driven P&L and Cost Management Lead to take ownership of profit and loss management at the account level. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance by overseeing budget adherence, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and supporting commercial operations through strategic financial insight.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who excels at connecting the dots between data, financial performance, and operational execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of P&L management for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and financial alignment with strategic goals.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize cost structure and drive revenue growth.Support pricing decisions and revenue optimization through data-driven insights.Design and maintain processes to align stakeholders across functions and geographies.Prepare financial reports and presentations to support internal decision-making.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments.Continuously work to improve operational processes, efficiency, and cost control measures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role focused on P&L ownership.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into action.Demonstrated experience in cost optimization, budget control, and strategic planning.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a changing business landscape.
